These terms govern your use of mihronmetalyx.com and quote requests submitted to Mihron Metalyx Inc. ("Mihron Metalyx"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.
Quotations are estimates based on the specifications you provide and current supplier availability. Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quotation and do not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by both parties. Prices may change with market conditions, currency movements, and supplier lead times.
Orders are confirmed in writing. Delivery timelines are good-faith estimates; stock materials typically ship within 3-5 business days, and custom-specification materials depend on crystal grower lead times. Title and risk transfer per the Incoterms stated on your order confirmation.
Every lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis. Claims regarding non-conforming material must be made in writing within the inspection period stated on your order confirmation, with lot numbers and supporting measurement data.
Semiconductor materials may be subject to Canadian, U.S., and international export-control laws. You represent that you will not re-export or divert materials contrary to applicable law, and that you will provide end-use information where required.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mihron Metalyx's liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the purchase price of the affected materials. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including production losses.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
