We supply silicon wafers, SiC, GaN, GaAs, and InP substrates to fabs across North America. Every batch ships with full ICP-MS purity data and crystallographic documentation.
Four product lines covering the substrates, compounds, and services that semiconductor fabs need.
Czochralski and Float Zone wafers, 2" to 12", n-type and p-type. Prime, test, and reclaim grade.
View details →Silicon Carbide (4H/6H-SiC) and Gallium Nitride substrates and epiwafers for power and RF applications.
View details →GaAs, InP, GaSb, and related III-V substrates for optoelectronics, photonics, and telecom devices.
View details →Wafer reclaim, thinning, dicing, metrology, and end-to-end supply chain management from Toronto.
View details →We carry Czochralski and Float Zone silicon in every standard orientation, doping configuration, and resistivity range. Our inventory includes prime-grade production wafers, test/monitor wafers, and reclaimed substrates.
Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis that includes resistivity mapping, thickness/TTV measurements, and surface particle counts.
4H-SiC and 6H-SiC substrates from 2" to 6", semi-insulating and n-type. We also stock GaN-on-SiC and GaN-on-sapphire epiwafers for HEMT and LED applications.
These materials matter for EV inverters, 5G base stations, and high-voltage switching. Our supply network covers the major Asian and European crystal growers, so we can usually source what you need even when lead times are long elsewhere.
GaAs substrates in semi-insulating and n/p-type for MMIC and photovoltaic applications. InP substrates and epiwafers for fiber-optic components, photodetectors, and high-frequency circuits.
We also carry GaSb, InAs, and InSb for infrared detector and thermophotovoltaic work. If you are working on something unusual, we have sourced custom ternary and quaternary compounds for research groups before.
Beyond raw substrates, we offer wafer reclaim, back-grinding, dicing, and metrology services through our partner network. Our Toronto-based operations team manages procurement, customs clearance, and delivery logistics across North America.
Whether you need 25 wafers for a research run or 10,000 for production, we handle the supply chain so you can focus on fabrication.
Our facilities and partner network are equipped for everything from inspection to packaging.
Resistivity mapping, thickness and TTV measurement, surface particle counting, and flatness characterization on every lot.
Class 100 packaging environment ensures substrates arrive contamination-free. Vacuum-sealed cassettes and single-wafer containers.
Full trace-metal analysis via ICP-MS on request. We provide purity certification data down to parts-per-trillion levels.
Toronto-area bonded warehousing enables duty-deferred storage and rapid dispatch to Canadian and US destinations.
Direct relationships with crystal growers in Japan, China, Europe, and the US. We source from the manufacturer, not middlemen.
Full lot traceability from crystal ingot to your receiving dock. Every wafer is tracked with lot number, COA, and shipping documentation.
From first inquiry to delivery, here is what working with us looks like.
Use our RFQ form or email us your material requirements. Include diameter, orientation, doping, resistivity, and quantity.
Our sourcing team reviews your request against current inventory and supplier availability. Quotes typically come back within 48 hours.
Once you approve the quote, we lock in your order. For custom specs, we coordinate directly with the crystal grower on your behalf.
Every lot goes through our QC process before shipping. You receive a full Certificate of Analysis along with your materials.
We are a Toronto-based team that understands what fabs and research groups actually need from a materials supplier.
Based in Toronto, we provide local support, bonded warehousing, and fast shipping across Canada and the United States. No overseas back-and-forth.
Our team speaks your language. We understand crystal orientations, doping specifications, and epi requirements, so you do not have to explain the basics to your supplier.
Whether you need a handful of substrates for R&D or thousands for a production run, we accommodate both. No minimum order penalties for standard materials.
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis, lot traceability, and compliance documentation. We make audits and incoming QC painless for your team.
We maintain the quality systems and documentation that semiconductor operations require.

"Mihron Metalyx sourced custom-spec SiC substrates for us when two other suppliers said it could not be done. Delivered on time with full documentation."
"We switched our silicon wafer supply to Mihron and cut our lead times in half. Their Toronto warehouse means we get materials in days, not weeks."
"The COA documentation alone saves us hours of incoming QC work. Every lot is fully characterized before it even ships to us."
For standard silicon wafers, there is no minimum. We can supply single wafers for R&D or full cassettes for production. Custom-spec materials may have minimums depending on the crystal grower.
Stock materials typically ship within 3-5 business days from our Toronto warehouse. Custom orders depend on the specification and volume, but we provide delivery timelines with every quote.
Yes. While most of our customers are in Canada and the US, we ship globally. We handle all export documentation and customs clearance as part of our service.
Absolutely. Our supply network extends beyond what we list here. If you need a specific compound, substrate size, or custom specification, send us your requirements and we will source it.
Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with resistivity, thickness, TTV, bow/warp, and surface quality data. ICP-MS trace metal analysis is available on request.
