CZ and FZ silicon, 2" through 12"

We carry Czochralski and Float Zone silicon in every standard orientation, doping configuration, and resistivity range. Our inventory includes prime-grade production wafers, test/monitor wafers, and reclaimed substrates.

Each lot ships with a Certificate of Analysis that includes resistivity mapping, thickness/TTV measurements, and surface particle counts.

SiC and GaN for power and RF

4H-SiC and 6H-SiC substrates from 2" to 6", semi-insulating and n-type. We also stock GaN-on-SiC and GaN-on-sapphire epiwafers for HEMT and LED applications.

These materials matter for EV inverters, 5G base stations, and high-voltage switching. Our supply network covers the major Asian and European crystal growers, so we can usually source what you need even when lead times are long elsewhere.

III-V substrates for photonics and telecom

GaAs substrates in semi-insulating and n/p-type for MMIC and photovoltaic applications. InP substrates and epiwafers for fiber-optic components, photodetectors, and high-frequency circuits.

We also carry GaSb, InAs, and InSb for infrared detector and thermophotovoltaic work. If you are working on something unusual, we have sourced custom ternary and quaternary compounds for research groups before.

Processing services and supply chain

Beyond raw substrates, we offer wafer reclaim, back-grinding, dicing, and metrology services through our partner network. Our Toronto-based operations team manages procurement, customs clearance, and delivery logistics across North America.

From first inquiry to delivery, here is what working with us looks like.

Submit your specs

Use our RFQ form or email us your material requirements. Include diameter, orientation, doping, resistivity, and quantity.

Receive a quote

Our sourcing team reviews your request against current inventory and supplier availability. Quotes typically come back within 48 hours.

Confirm and produce

Once you approve the quote, we lock in your order. For custom specs, we coordinate directly with the crystal grower on your behalf.

Inspect and ship

Every lot goes through our QC process before shipping. You receive a full Certificate of Analysis along with your materials.

For standard silicon wafers, there is no minimum. We can supply single wafers for R&D or full cassettes for production. Custom-spec materials may have minimums depending on the crystal grower.

Stock materials typically ship within 3-5 business days from our Toronto warehouse. Custom orders depend on the specification and volume, but we provide delivery timelines with every quote.

Yes. While most of our customers are in Canada and the US, we ship globally. We handle all export documentation and customs clearance as part of our service.

Absolutely. Our supply network extends beyond what we list here. If you need a specific compound, substrate size, or custom specification, send us your requirements and we will source it.

Every shipment includes a Certificate of Analysis (COA) with resistivity, thickness, TTV, bow/warp, and surface quality data. ICP-MS trace metal analysis is available on request.
